This course will help you find out more about the roles, responsibilities and skills needed for management committees. It will look at the functions of a committee, the terms and jargon used, and explore key roles.
This is an ideal session for anyone new to management committees or thinking about setting up a new community organisation, or for existing committee members looking to refresh or develop their group.
£ free for volunteers, £10 for paid staff
